About Us

  • History

    From humble beginnings, Décor 4 U was the brainchild of Alton Japhta. He’s passion, drive and commitment was echoed and validated by his business partner Gert Smit. Together, they have been building on the brand for the past fifteen years with flair and finesse. Décor 4 U’s product range expanded so rapidly that it called for a bigger warehouse to house all the elements needed for various functions and events.

  • Approach

    Each client is treated like royalty. We will go beyond the call of duty to ensure that each event is flawless in execution and that our clients are well and truly satisfied with the deliverables. Apart from the client and our Events Co-ordinators, the content of any event is kept confidential. This is important to protect a client’s creative ideas in the same fashion acknowledging their input as extremely important. Décor 4 U will treat each client with respect and we ensure that the client is updated along the way with progress on the event thus easing away any doubt there may have been. From the time the first call was placed to the time of set-up of any event, our staff had been trained to be professional and always delivery the best as we know how. Our set-up staff is neatly presented and have over the years only received accolades for being on time and maintaining a strict and professional schedule.

    At Décor 4 U, we have developed the culture of family and sticking together to ensure we deliver the ultimate in décor. Teamwork has been the buzzword in our “home” and as a team of “family members”, we have managed to achieve just that.

    The effective management of each and every event is of paramount importance at Decor 4 U. Our management staff ensure that each event is executed with the utmost professionalism and will ensure that every client is left satisfied. Decor 4 U has an event management staff who is well trained and boosts many years of experience in the field.
